- Air suspension failures across the lineup — compressor failure, air-spring leaks, leveling sensor issues. Range Rover and Range Rover Sport are particularly known for this; the system is great when it works, expensive to ignore
- Supercharger snout (3.0L and 5.0L) — oil contamination from snout bearings; service or replacement required to prevent failure
- Timing chain stretch on 3.0L V6 (later generation) — chain and guides as a set
- Coolant pump and thermostat — failure leads to overheating; service before damage spreads to head gasket
- Crankcase ventilation system — oil consumption, vacuum leaks
- Electronics / infotainment — Land Rover infotainment is improving but historically has reset / freeze issues
