- Confirm details before you bring your vehicle in

- Maintain records as required for service warranty (24-month / 24,000-mile coverage)
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties under any circumstances.
SMS / text communications
If you check the "I agree to receive automated messages" box on our appointment form, you consent to receive text messages from Frank's Automotive & Collision related to your appointment — confirmations, follow-up reminders, or questions about your service.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies. Typically no more than one or two messages per appointment.
- Charges: Message and data rates may apply, per your wireless carrier.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message, then no further texts.

Your phone number is used only for service-related communication. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
